Thermosetting polyurethane elastomer, abbreviated as PU, also known as Polyurethane or spring adhesive, is a new type of synthetic material that lies between plastic and rubber. It is formed by the reaction of polymer polyols and isocyanates, and the chain is extended and cross-linked. It has excellent performance in chemical corrosion resistance, tensile strength, high elasticity, high pressure load resistance, high wear resistance, strong shock absorption, crack resistance, radiation resistance, high strength, high load-bearing capacity, and moderate shock absorption and buffering. Suitable for shock absorption pads, blocks, springs, and punching molds for various metal plates and pipes in metallurgy, mining, petroleum, automobiles, building materials, sports, heavy machinery, and large stamping equipment. The friction of general mechanical equipment plays a buffering or shock-absorbing role, making it an ideal mold spring.

PPS, also known as Polyphenyne snlfde, is a highly rigid white powder polymer in a crystalline form (with a crystallinity of 55% -65%), with almost no shrinkage cavities during molding. Has good affinity with various inorganic materials. Its development has shortened the gap between standard thermoplastic materials (such as PA, POM, PET...) and advanced engineering plastics. The maximum allowable working temperature in the air is very high (can work continuously at 220 ℃, and can reach 260 ℃ in a short time), maintaining high mechanical strength, stiffness, and hardness in high-temperature environments. It has superior resistance to chemical corrosion and hydrolysis, excellent wear and friction resistance, excellent dimensional stability, good UV resistance, flame retardancy, and excellent electrical insulation. When using POM, PET, PEI, and PSU has defects and P1, PEEK, and PAI are too expensive and must be replaced with more economical materials, PPS can be chosen as a substitute. Applied in chemical equipment, food processing, semiconductors, electrical insulation, and electronics industries.

PEEK: The English name for this material is Polymer. It has excellent dielectric properties and can resist energy radiation until the temperature reaches 260 degrees. It has excellent comprehensive performance, good mechanical properties, high temperature resistance, and superior chemical resistance, making it the most versatile high-grade plastic. Suitable for industries such as aerospace, medical, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and food processing. Various manufacturing fixtures, electronic components, production line components, various insulation components, etc.

PP board, also known as Polypropylene, is a high-density, side chain free, high crystalline linear polymer with excellent comprehensive properties. Low density, heat resistance, non deformation, high stiffness, high surface strength, good chemical stability, excellent electrical performance, non-toxic and harmless, uniform color, smooth and flat surface, long service life, easy welding and processing, etc. Suitable for fields such as chemical containers, machinery, electronics, electrical appliances, packaging, decoration, and water treatment.
