Injection mold insulation board reduces temperature loss inside the mold body


         A high-temperature resistant injection mold insulation board, comprising a mold body, wherein an insulation mechanism is provided on the outer side of the mold body; Reasonably designed, first align the fixed block on one side of one insulation board with the cavity on the other insulation board, insert the fixed block into the cavity, contact the fixed block with the limit block and push the limit block to move, while squeezing the compression spring until the fixed block completely enters the interior of the cavity. At this time, the compression spring generates a thrust to push the limit block back to its original position, causing it to be stuck inside the limit hole and achieve the installation between the two insulation boards. Through the insulation mechanism, the inclined surface between the fixed block and the limit block is used to fit tightly with the cavity, and the limit block is stuck inside the limit hole, completely fixing the two insulation boards. The fixing effect is good, improving the insulation effect of the insulation board on the mold body and reducing the mold body. Internal temperature loss reduces electricity consumption.
