            Plastic injection molding field: In the injection mold, the application of mold heat insulation plate is very common. During the injection molding process, the plastic melt is injected into the higher temperature mold cavity, and the mold temperature is usually around 100 - 300℃. The use of mold insulation boards can effectively prevent the heat from the mold from being transferred to the template of the injection molding machine. This not only protects the injection molding machine and extends its service life, but also keeps the mold at a stable temperature. For example, in the production of large quantities of injection molded products such as plastic parts for automotive interiors and electronic product housings, a stable mold temperature is critical to the quality and dimensional accuracy of the product, and the mold heat shield helps to ensure consistent product quality.
Blow molding: Blow molds also use heat shields. Blow molding is the processing method of blowing a plastic parison into a hollow product, and the mold temperature affects the blowing and cooling process of the plastic parison. Through the use of heat insulation boards, the temperature of the mold can be better controlled to improve the quality of blow molded products, such as plastic bottles, plastic drums and other products.
